In a scene out of a movie Stuart Horner, a convicted murderer and inmate of HM Prison Manchester, a category A prison, stages a one-man protest on the prison roof. Horner, who was visible and audible from the rooftop above the walls of the jail, complained about prison conditions and shouted that he wanted to change prison history.
