Secunder Kermani is an award-winning journalist and the Foreign Affairs Correspondent for Channel 4 News (UK). Known for his fearless reporting, he is one of the few international journalists to have ventured into rebel-held areas of Myanmar amidst a brutal civil war. Recently, he conducted an exclusive interview with former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan following his release from jail. Since joining Channel 4 News, Secunder has reported on significant events in Brazil, Israel, the Palestinian Territories, and Japan. Prior to this, he served as the BBC’s Correspondent for Pakistan and Afghanistan, where he was at the forefront of reporting on the Taliban’s rise to power.
